Manual welding
The basic joining technique is welding performed in a traditional way by 100 qualified workers, and on robotic welding stations.
The chief welder at Strumet is an expert with over 20 years of welding experience, certified by IWE, IWI-C, IWT, IWP, as well as VT, PT, MT, and UT-2. He is responsible for supervising welding processes in accordance with the standard. PN-EN ISO 15086, implementation of new welding technologies and development of team competences.
Dzięki jego pracy, wszyscy spawacze Strumet są certyfikowani zgodnie z normą ISO 9606-1 we wszystkich pozycjach spawania, a jakość procesu potwierdzana jest przez jednostkę tÜv Rheinland.

Zero chemicals in the air - powder coating does not emit any harmful substances - it is the most ecological painting method!
For small and big things - Strumet ma zarówno lakiernię ręczną do dużych elementów, jak i zautomatyzowaną linię dla mniejszych elementów.
Painting without a brush or paint - farba w formie proszku jest elektrycznie przyciągana do metalu, co daje bardzo równą i trwałą powłokę.
No waste - nadmiar farby proszkowej można odzyskać i wykorzystać ponownie, co ogranicza odpady i obniża koszty.
Hot - po nałożeniu, proszek jest utrwalany w piecu w wysokiej temperaturze, tworząc twardą, estetyczną i odporną powłokę.
Extreme durability - powłoki proszkowe są odporne na korozję, zarysowania, chemikalia i warunki atmosferyczne - idealne na lata!

Hot-dip galvanizing plant
Hot bath - podczas cynkowania ogniowego stal zanurza się w ciekłym cynku o temperaturze około 450°c!
Not only outside - ocynk chroni stal także od wewnątrz, np. w rurach czy zamkniętych profilach.
Long protection - dobrze ocynkowany element może wytrzymać nawet 30 lat bez korozji, w zależności od warunków środowiskowych.
Environmentally friendly - cynk to metal naturalny i nieszkodliwy. Cały proces nie emituje szkodliwych substancji, a cynk można w 100% przetworzyć.
Thick layer - powłoka cynku ma zwykle od 50 do ponad 100 mikrometrów grubości, czyli nawet 10 razy więcej niż przy cynkowaniu galwanicznym.
Self-healing effect - jeśli powłoka cynku zostanie miejscowo uszkodzona, cynk nadal chroni stal dzięki tzw. ochronie katodowej.
Galvanic galvanizing plant
Nasza ocynkownia galwaniczna to połączenie nowoczesnej technologii, wysokiej jakości oraz dbałości o środowisko. Dysponujemy dwiema niezależnymi, w pełni zautomatyzowanymi liniami – zawieszkową pozwalającą na cynkowanie konstrukcji o wymiarach do 2,8 metra długości, 0,8 metra szerokości i 1,8 metra wysokości i bębnową – co pozwala nam na dużą flexibility and quick processing.
Jako jedni z nielicznych na południu Polski posiadamy własną oczyszczalnię ścieków oraz obieg zamknięty wody, co oznacza brak ścieków odprowadzanych do sieci – to nasza realna odpowiedź na wyzwania ekologiczne. Spełniamy rygorystyczne normy ISO w zakresie jakości, ochrony środowiska i BHP. Oferujemy szeroki wybór pasywacji, a dodatkowo uszczelniacz, który zwiększa trwałość powłok.

Casting of polyether polyurethane detailsForms without complications - zamiast drogich, metalowych form używa się prostych form zalewowych z tworzyw lub aluminium.
Temperature resistant - dobrze znoszą temperatury od -30°C do +80°C - sprawdzają się i na mrozie, i w upale.
Kolor, kształt, twardość - jak chcesz! - poliuretan można dostosować pod względem kształtu, koloru i twardości (od 30 do 90 w skali ShA).
Polyurethane instead of rubber - coraz częściej wypiera tradycyjną gumę dzięki łatwiejszej obróbce i lepszym właściwościom mechanicznym.
Admirable durability - elementy z poliuretanu polieterowego są odporne na ścieranie, rozrywanie, oleje, smary i UV, oraz świetnie sprawdzają się w dynamicznych zastosowaniach.
Safe transportation - Strumet uses polyurethanes as protective inserts in containers for transporting delicate car parts.
