Automatic pallets for car parts

Modern robotic production lines require specially designed containers. This particularly concerns precision of workmanship and solutions enabling cooperation with the line automation. Such containers are most often equipped with ratchet columns. This is a specific handle solution enabling the separation of transported parts, which are placed on successive ratchets. During loading and unloading, the ratchets open or close automatically in the appropriate sequence. Such solutions require particular precision of workmanship and repeatability of parts, achievable only on numerically controlled machines. Strumet's production department has been equipped with many such machines. These are laser cutters, machining centres, automatic lathes, tube benders and press brakes. With the additional support of our engineers from the design and technology department, we can successfully undertake the design and manufacture of practically any type of container that will perform well even on the most modern production lines.
